Proven leadership lies at the heart of our collective experience. Namely that of our founding, principal directors, Noel Henderson and Simon Gray.

Both respected figures in the Australian construction industry, Noel and Simon have a working relationship that spans more than two decades.

Together, they bring more than 50 years' management experience to Contexx.

Noel Henderson

Chairman

Noel's career has seen him at the helm of multi-billion-dollar developments in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Middle East.

Of his 19 years with Multiplex Constructions, Noel spent 17 as Group Director, as well as undertaking the roles of Chairman and global head of the Construction Division. Prior to this, he spent 14 years with multinational firm Costain Group.

Simon Gray

Managing Director

Simon has managed complex, large-scale developments throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

During his 15 years with Multiplex Constructions, Simon held various management roles before becoming Managing Director of the group's Australasia operations. Prior to this, he worked with the Costain Group for five years.
