This $104-million development comprises a 36 storey, 575 residential apartment tower. The tower is divided into three living environments: 4 levels of studio apartments branded Singers Lane, 10 levels of serviced apartments, and the top 16 levels of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, branded Art on the Park.
The development also features three separate lobbies with independent vertical transportation, a gymnasium, ground level retail spaces, car parking as well as an interconnecting public laneway between Singers Land and William Street. The laneway will divide the 350 William Street building from the future 360 William Street development.
