Designed and constructed by Contexx, this $100-million development in the heart of Fyshwick, Canberra, consists of a 120,000m2 building over two levels, comprising Direct Factory Outlets (DFO) and 'bulky goods' tenancies, as well as car parking facilities for more than 2,000 cars. It was completed in September 2008, three months ahead of schedule.

The greenfield site posed significant challenges, including the removal of more than 380,000m3 of rock and soil. All of which was recycled and reused.
