4-10 Larissa Avenue is a social housing project being constructed for Erdigroup in conjunction with CEHL.
The project is situated close to Eastland shopping centre in Ringwood and comprises of 80 apartments over 8 levels. There are 2 semi-basement carpark levels, a residents lounge and residents service area on the ground floor and a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments between levels 1-8.
