This project is part of the 18,000m2 bulky goods outlet development by the American retailer CostCo.
The work comprised the design & engineering of a 25 KPa suspended first floor system with a floor deck capable of supporting heavy multi-level pallets as well as catering for forklifts and other plant and equipment. The contract involved the successful casting and delivery of 503 precast concrete T-beams in three months.
