Located on the Yarra River, this $4.2-million project involves the construction of a reinforced-concrete precast-element, steel-pile solution, replacing the existing promenade. Designed specifically to ensure a 50-year design life, the 1,920m2 site will also provide mooring, power and sewerage facilities for watercraft.
