A $19-million project that comprises the demolition, reconstruction and reinstatement of the existing heritage-listed wharf, sheds and flooring on a 9,490m2 site. Logistical challenges have included water piling, delivering large-scale precast elements by water, as well as maintaining access to the South Wharf site throughout the wharf demolition process.
